Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd95 ("bd95", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd95 online sports betting and casino platform available at bd95.club and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, launching a casino game, or otherwise interacting with any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform regardless of how they access it.

These Terms should be read alongside the bd95 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and bd95. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on bd95, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bd95 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 18. This is a firm legal and ethical requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must register only one personal account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances in the duplicate accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bd95 or have had your account previously closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Age Verification

bd95 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during your use of the Platform. Until age verification is completed to bd95's satisfaction, we may restrict your ability to make withdrawals, access bonus funds, or use certain features of the Platform. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Account Registration & Verification

To use the full range of bd95 services — including placing bets, accessing casino games, claiming bonuses, and making withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified bd95 account.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date. bd95 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd95 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bd95 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bd95 support immediately. You should also change your password without delay. bd95 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), where available, as an additional layer of account protection.

KYC and Document Verification

bd95 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account registered in your name)

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bd95 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are displayed in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported on the Platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on bd95 is ৳20. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 30 seconds under normal network conditions. bd95 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bd95 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. If a deposit is received from a third-party account, bd95 reserves the right to void the deposit, return the funds, and suspend the Player account pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed same-day during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside of processing hours will be handled on the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bd95 account. bd95 may request additional verification before processing large withdrawal requests. Players must have wagered their deposit at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved, in order to prevent money-laundering through the Platform.

Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a bd95 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. bd95 reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any amounts that are the subject of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, together with any associated administrative costs.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the bd95 sportsbook and all casino game sessions are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game, as well as the general platform rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Sportsbook Betting

Pre-match and live in-play bets are accepted on all events listed in the bd95 sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and esports. Bets are accepted until the relevant market is suspended or closed, as determined by bd95.

• All odds are displayed in decimal format. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed constitute the agreed odds for that wager.
• bd95 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the market was not properly suspended in time due to a technical error.
• In-play odds are subject to rapid change. bd95 accepts no liability for any delay between an odds change being initiated and the updated odds being displayed on the user's device.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant market on the sportsbook and may be adjusted at bd95's discretion without prior notice.

Casino Games

Casino games on bd95 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage, which is disclosed within the game's information panel.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random number generation technology. Outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time. Connection interruptions during a live game session may result in a round being voided and the stake returned, or settled based on the game outcome at the point of interruption — as determined by the game studio's rules.
• bd95 is not responsible for errors or malfunctions originating within third-party game software. In such cases, the relevant game studio's dispute resolution process applies.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd95 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and recovery of any associated losses:

• Arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets or operators
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Using insider information in connection with any sports betting market
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or event
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions, or suspension orders

Bonuses & Promotions

bd95 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of the applicable terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT. Bonus amounts are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bd95 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. This means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino table games contribute 20%. Other game types may contribute less or not at all — refer to the specific promotion page for details.
• bd95 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds if we determine that the bonus was claimed using fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonus expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

Promotional Offers

bd95 runs seasonal and event-driven promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Details of active promotions are published on the bd95 promotions page. bd95 reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

bd95 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The tools and resources described in this section are available to all bd95 account holders and can be accessed directly from your account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure automatic reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from bd95. Upon self-exclusion, your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to re-register. bd95 will also remove you from all marketing communications immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bd95 Platform — including but not limited to the bd95 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd95 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without bd95's prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software
• Use bd95's trademarks, logo, or brand identity in any manner without express written authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated tools
• Frame or embed any part of the Platform on a third-party website or application without bd95's prior written consent

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action to recover damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd95 and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Technical failures, server errors, or internet connectivity issues affecting your ability to place bets or access games
• Errors or delays in odds publication or settlement caused by third-party data providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners

bd95 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own device.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bd95's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination & Suspension

bd95 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• You are under 18 years of age
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, match manipulation, or any other form of dishonest conduct
• Your account has been used in a manner inconsistent with fair play, including the use of prohibited betting strategies or software
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to bd95, to other Players, or to the integrity of any event or game
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law

Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, bd95 may void all pending bets, cancel all bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawal requests pending investigation. Where a breach involves fraud or misrepresentation, bd95 may recover amounts equivalent to any losses suffered as a result of the breach.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your bd95 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bd95 operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, you must contact bd95's customer support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Our support team aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". bd95 will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.
3. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after completing the above steps, you may seek recourse through appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction. bd95 will cooperate fully with any lawful legal process.

bd95 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

Amendments to These Terms

bd95 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform, unless otherwise stated. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent change.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — bd95 will endeavour to provide advance notice via an on-platform notification or email to your registered address, where practicable. However, you are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a modification, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
